The Macstroc FLARE.2C Compact Pipe Threading Machine is a high-performance solution designed for professional threading of pipes and bolts ranging from 1/8″ to 2″ (3mm – 50mm). Engineered with heavy-duty components and precision construction, it delivers dependable performance and long service life for industrial, plumbing, and maintenance operations.

Powered by a 1500W universal motor (50/60Hz), the FLARE.2C provides steady torque and a rotation speed of 38 RPM, ensuring accurate and smooth threading even in demanding jobsite conditions. The heavy-duty rotary switch enables effortless forward, reverse, and off control, while the integrated foot switch enhances safety and operator convenience.

A hammer-type front chuck with replaceable rocker-action jaw inserts ensures quick and secure pipe clamping. The rear cam-action centering device allows fast alignment, reducing setup time. Its integrated oiling system—featuring a self-priming, constant-flow gerotor pump—delivers cutting oil directly through the die head, extending die life and ensuring cleaner, more precise threads.

Supplied with self-opening die heads (BSPT or NPT), HSS universal dies (½″–¾″ and 1″–2″), a pipe cutter, and a positive-locking reamer, the FLARE.2C comes ready for immediate use. One gallon of Power Fluid PF-9835 cutting oil is also included for optimal lubrication and performance. An optional folding wheel stand (MH6511) is available for enhanced mobility.
